This is Tom's page where you can mosty learn about the scripts and programs I've created for research.
In the future I plan to add other things that matter to me.
Learn about my software (C++/Qt) and see if it might be useful to you. Most scripts are intended for analysing large data files; most are specifically produced for genome wide research. Some have been published, some not (yet). The published ones are open source. The command line programs are available on the U of Tartu cluster. For the non - U of Tartu users I have posted executables for various systems. My apologies that the posted versions are often not the latest, so please ask me before you become a user and I'll update. The U of Tartu cluster versions are always up to date and ready to fire.
